Assist vendor manager in sourcing, managing and oversee all vendors, from an end to end lifecycle. Escalation assistance between vendors and business. Assistance in any other business-related projects. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Key Requirements
  • Overall vendor co-ordination and assistance.
  • Assistance in any other business related projects.
  • Serve as a SPOC/Custodian between vendors and business.
  • Any other operational support and guidance where needed.
  • Additional Administration function of contract management, SLA management, Product overviews and network capabilities, etc.
  • Sourcing of new suppliers to enable market related offerings etc.Serve as a SPOC/Custodian between vendors and business.
  • Assist with additional administration function and documentations.
  • Any other operational support and guidance where needed.
Education:
  • Business Admin degree or equivalent
  • Project management qualification or equivalent
Experience:
  • Ability to chair and facility meetings on executive levels and upwards.
  • Knowledge of business processes and functions of Telco operator: CRM billing, Order Management, Order processing, provisioning
  • Knowledge of technologies and fixed networks: cable networks, transmission networks (Fibre / Microwave)
  • Must be innovative with some knowledge and experience on SharePoint and BI tools.
  • Financial Knowledge and Cost and Revenue management
  • ISO/Governance/ITIL experience and knowledge.
  • Service Level and Contract knowledge
