The primary purpose of this role is to lead or assist in the business analysis of projects for new systems and technologies across all platforms in the Electronic Commerce area. This will include EDI, Enterprise Mobility and IoT platforms. This role will spend a significant amount of time on analysis which will extend to functions of reporting, testing and documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • To facilitate requirements meetings to establish detailed requirements with both the technical and business resources for assigned projects or initiatives
  • To ensure the scope of work and documentation fully covers the customer’s requirements in order for customer to sign it off
  • To create proposals (as required) based on the agreed requirements, ensuring that all pricing is up to date
  • To create functional and technical requirement documentation as required
  • To keep the SharePoint repositories up to date with all related documentation
  • To completed all project reports as required by the project office or management
  • To document and keep the customer wiki up to date for assigned customers
  • To document as-is and to-be processes for assigned customers
  • To create test cases and manage the testing process as required
  • To test delivered systems to ensure that the system meets the customers’ requirements
  • To ensure that reporting and analytics are delivered as required
  • To provide input into the improvement of processes across the Electronic Commerce department


  • Matric is essential
  • Relevant degree /Diploma essential
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of which include all or some:
  • Business Analysis experience
  • Business Improvement experience
  • System Analysis
  • Software Development
  • Quality assurance


  • Experience working with business users to concept, generate and deliver analytics solutions, dashboards and reporting
  • Overall knowledge of MHE technologies and warehouse systems or similar domains is preferred
  • Specific domain experience and knowledge in the logistics and supply chain industries is a plus

Soft Skills:
